Due to a kink in our current setup which I won't go into here... I needed to adjust how we handle new player promotions.
New players will still need to do the tutorial and type /ready. Once they do that, players rank Warden and above will get a message telling them to use the /settler command. The first person to use that on the newbie will promote them and receive 2 souls. Anyone who tries to use /settler after the first will receive a failure message, and you can now ONLY promote people who have used /ready.
