Heyo! So it's come up before that if you get to job level 25 and try to master it, you may have to give it a few minutes. I've had it myself, but this time something else occured. Instead of the error message as usual, I'm told that I haven't reached level 25. I can only assume it's a different bug since waiting for over an hour didn't fix the problem.
