hello staff!! Last night 9-5-16 /be or /bossshop worked. Now they don't 
plz help I use it quite a bit. I sent rune a name of who I think it was. He/she came on for maybe 7min. Then he/she got off. I wasn't able to use the cmd after he/she got off I used it before he was on. Urgent help needed
