Earlier I promoted someone when they completed the tutorial and i told them how to check /rules. I figured it was hunky dorey and started to type the promotecode out, the chat was going so i just assumed* they agreed to the rules and promoted them seeing as how i had a couple more people to promote afterwards. I demoted him after learning from everyone on the server that he was using hacked client and that i was being doltish. Yeah anyways I'll be more careful in the future, you heard it from me first.
