promotion requirement fix

Hi, I changed my name from Herobrine_2342 to Fallen_Herobrine. I got ranked back up to protector, but my promotion requirements are still not reset. I was wondering if any admins could give me a hand with this.
Also is there a way to change my forum username? Thanks.
