Site updates - Ranks, Rules & Screenshots

Bunch 'o new features on the site...

• Server Ranks & Rules pages now live and fully editable by Mods & Admins. Version history is saved behind the scenes in case of future issues (whether intentional or accidental)
• Added more logging to the 'site log' in the Admin menu
• Screenshot gallery now live... all registered users can upload in the Tools menu

Added a little mechanism to the Rules page to allow people to "agree" to the rules. Requires them to register. Think this could be a nice way to avoid signboards all over spawn etc with rules everywhere... before a Guide(+) promotes a newcomer to a build-able rank, the person needs to register on the site and agree to the rules. (Guide+ will then be able to see this somewhere... along with a report of bans from other servers ----- soon to come........)

Updated the ranks page to include perks for each rank (as currently set in the permissions). Also had to change the Donator role a bit... think it may work better to not have a "Donator/Golden" rank because then things get complicated in the rank hierarchy. Instead, how it's setup now is a "sub-group" that can be added to anyone in addition to their "normal group" (like citizen/mentor/architect) - and it gives special permissions/perks on top of whatever they already have.

Awesome rune, I've noticed the changes and they all look good. Looks like we're getting closer to opening!
